MEETS LUXURY was born in Napa Valley, California—first as a modest workshop crafting bespoke lighting for wine estates and private residences. From the start, we valued honesty in materials, integrity in form, and quiet, confident beauty.

2004 A Bridge to the East
We discovered the unmatched depth of Asian craftsmanship—drawn especially to the precision of Japanese woodworking and the scale and adaptability of Chinese manufacturing. That same year, we began building deep, long-term partnerships with artisans and factories in southern China, many of which continue to this day.

2010 The Maker Behind the Brand
With a growing cult following among interior designers and boutique hotels, Ardenel opened its flagship design house in Sausalito, blending West Coast modernism with Old World craftsmanship.

We opened our direct-to-consumer platform, allowing clients across the world to experience our pieces firsthand—no showroom needed. Every product is still crafted with intention, shipped directly from our artisan partners to homes and design studios across the U.S.
